Q. How do I know which print medium to choose?
When you are on the "Medium" tab on an image's page, hover your cursor over the media thumbnail and a black question mark will appear at the top. Hover over this and a description and example photo will pop up. Same for "Styles" and "Frames".
Q. How do I use the Live Preview AR?
The Live Preview tool (Augmented Reality) lets you to use your mobile device with a current browser to see how my art will look on your own walls! Detailed instructions here.

Q. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight coefficient of each item. When you put an item in your cart and go through the first stage of the checkout process, the shipping options come up when you fill in your zip code or country.
Q. Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your print order within 1 business day of placing your order, once it isn't already in production. To cancel, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order number and my website name, deborahyounglao.com. Contact me within 1 business day to cancel an order for originals.
Q. What if my package arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately at email@example.com. Include in the email a photo of the damaged artwork and packaging to allow me to quickly file a claim and process your refund. Save all packaging in case return of the artwork is required. You may request either a no-charge replacement or a refund. The same goes for if there are printing quality issues.
Q. What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds?

You have 14 days from the time your package arrives to live with my art and decide whether it's a good fit for you.

Q. Do you do commission work?
Yes! If you’d like a painting of a certain size and color palette, I’d be happy to create one for you! Because my technique depends on the spontaneous movement of paint, I cannot guarantee a particular design... but I work with you to ensure that I interpret the feel or mood of the painting, and the color balance that you have in mind.
A deposit of half of the final price is required when I start the work. Let's discuss the possibility of having custom original art made for you!
