Q. How can I keep up with your new work?

Q. How do I know which medium to choose?
When you are on the "Medium" tab on an image's page, hover your cursor over the media thumbnail and a black question mark will appear at the top. Hover over this and a description and example photo will pop up. Same for "Styles" and "Frames".
Q. How do I use the Live Preview AR?
The Live Preview tool (Augmented Reality) lets you to use your mobile device with a current browser to see how my art will look on your walls. Pull up my website on your device and click on the image you're interested in. Click on the "Live Preview" button. Your camera will open from the browser and you'll see my art superimposed on whatever wall your device is pointing at. It's best to stand 10-12 ft from the wall where you want to see the art, and face it straight on. Change the art's position by moving your device, and choose sizes from the pull down menu at the bottom of the screen.
Browsers that work with the Live Preview tool are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Safari (v. 11 and higher).
Q. When will my order arrive?
Fine Art Prints: Printing and shipping of prints are fulfilled by my professional print partner, Bay Photo. Photo paper and fine art paper prints without mounting, typically have a production time of 1 business day. Additional time will be required for other items such as prints with mounting, canvas prints, albums, MetalPrints, and framed prints. You will receive an email when your order ships.
Jewelry: I ship jewelry within 3 business days, unless I am out of town. In this case, you will see a banner at the top of my site, announcing when I'll resume shipping jewelry.
Q. What if my package arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact me within three (3) days at firstname.lastname@example.org or 919-363-9413. Leave a message if I'm unable to answer. Please save all packaging and photograph the damaged artwork and packaging to allow me to quickly file a claim and process your refund.
Q. What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds?

If you aren't satisfied in any way, you may return it for a full refund on the price of the art or jewelry, minus the cost of return shipping. Q. Do you do commission work?
Yes! If you’d like a painting of a certain size and color palette, I’d be happy to create one for you! I can also create jewelry for you with custom colors.
A deposit of half of the final price is required when I start the work. Please contact me if you'd like to discuss the possibility of having custom art made for you.
